In 1987 a select group of Toyota engineers were assembled to work on a completely new project: to create the best luxury cars ever. Since their launch in 1989, Lexus have passionately pursued perfection for their customers' driving pleasure. Three years after their launch in the USA, Lexus became the number one selling luxury brand, out-selling more established luxury European brands. 2003 to 2005 have been a significant time in the manufacturer's history, seeing both the launch of their new "L-finesse" designed models, but also the launch of the world's first performance Hybrid vehicle.

Spring Partnerships created an interactive Europe-wide training programme which catered for each European market individually and satisfied all relevant stakeholders. The event delivered a mix of classroom style training, new product and competitor dynamics and drive experiences as well as Brand and Culture immersion. NEXT next
